Thanksgiving 2015

Son John arrived early and he and his Family took on the responsiblity of setting up the tables etc. John and his boys on the left Nieto, and Giovanni. Giovanni in the center picture is helping grandmother Marlene peel the sweet potatos. His Mom Elaine joins them in the picture on the right!!
Ah, the tables are set and ready!! The table on the left is for the grand children, the center table is for the teens, and guess who sits at the head of the table on the right?
The lady of the house Marlene on the left and very much in charge of the kitchen!! Marlene is joined on the right by daughter-in-law Elaine. The center picture is what Thanksgiving is all about. Marlene gave grandson Giovanni the objects and Giovanni displayed his artistic ability!!
Grandson Justin has arrived and is at the piano!! He's learning to play "Happy Birthday" His Mom Kim is on the right dressed for the season!! Son John is joined by his sister Valerie!! She is a great cook and brought her goodies for the dinner!!
Above are examples of daughter Valerie's expertise!! The center picture is Julia, one of Valerie's twin daughters!! And the picture on the right are members of the Family arriving and catching up on all that has been happening in each others lives!! That is a good thing about Family Gatherings!!
Well Marlene had a head count of 19 members of the Family that had committed to join us for the Celebration!! If my math is right, I think we are all here and ready for the main event!! Yes, dinner is next!!
