| On August 23, 2002 Marlene and I loaded the car in Ramona,Ca. and drove east on Interstate 8. About 3:00 P.M. we arrived in Tucson, Az., there we were met by my cousin Jack Robershaw, son of Ralph Robershaw and his current wife, son Johnathan and daughter Ashley children by a previous marriage.The second picture shows ,Jack, myself and my wife Marlene as we fellowshipped around a good meal. We were off to a flying start as we left Tucson and made it to Lordsburg,NM. In time to have a good swim in their pool!! | ||||||||||||||||||||||

| Our 2nd stop was Padre Island, Tx. I had called my cousin Mamie Robershaw Borrmann about spending a few hrs. visiting and she insisted that we stay for 3 or 4 days!! She had an apt. abt a block away from the beach we could use!! Picture on top is Mamie, Marlene, & Mamies sister Barbara! Next picture is Dieter Borrmann, Mamie, and myself as the host was giving us a sunset tour of the canal that surrounds their home!! | After we said a fond farwell to our new found cousins Mammie & Barbara, we headed northeast to visit my younger bro. Don & sister LeVerle in the Houston, Tx. Area! LeVerle put us up @ her home! The picture on left is one she gave me of Mom & Dads 60th wedding Anniversity! | ||||||||||||||||||||||
