Galbreath Page Two
Hello ya'll, I just got back from a business trip that took me thru eastern Texas. On my way home I just had to stop in Timpson to take some pictures of some of our family we have buried there. My Great, Granddaddy Minet Galbreath is buried in one of the cemeteries in or around Timpson, but Bennett his older brother was the only living member of the family who knew where he was buried. That knowledge went away when he died in 1949. Maybe he shared the information with some else and I haven't found them yet. He was buried in an unmarked grave or maybe one marked only with a rock. My Great, Granddad and his family moved out to Texas when my Granddad was very young. My Granddad was born in 1904 and we figure he was around 2 years old when they moved from St. Clair County, Alabama. Bennett and his family had moved out earlier in 1902. Not long after my Granddad and his family moved out there, his dad (Minet) took sick and died. Bennett and Minet's dad was Thomas Wesley Galbreath. God Bless!! David Gilbreath
In 1900 Census Bennett Galbreath and our Grandfather William Wesley Robershaw and Great Uncle George W. Robershaw and their Family are all likely living together? Bennett signed for his younger sister{14 years old}Maggie Galbreath to marry grandfather William W. Robershaw!
Two of Bennett Galbreath's son's Elmer and Lumas!
Theo Galbreath was the grandson of Bennett and was living with Bennett in the 1930 Census! Sanford was also a grandson, the son of Lumas! I'm not sure who Douglas was related too? James Galbreath Land Deed Obituary for Mary Angeline

A Special Thanks to cousin David Gilbreath for sharing his research with the Family!!
