| My wife Marlene is half Italian and has an Itaian citizenship. Several years ago, we talked about what to have special for Christmas Dinner. It was decided she would cook her Family rescipe of Lasagna!! Daughter Valerie is so talented, she always makes something special for these Family Gatherings.
